OOOH BABY I LIKE IT: Peach Taquitos !
Peach Taquitos

I suppose you might think this is a weird combo. I loved it and so did the ladies at my favorite grocery store. I like to try these out on women mostly because sometimes these little tasty dishes get me dates. By the way, I am still single ladies, so keep sending in those resumes and current pictures.

Here's what you need for Peach Taquitos:

1 cup peaches, fresh or canned. I used canned
1/2 cup cream cheese, about that much softened
1 jalapano pepper, minced fined
4 flour tortillas, very thin and fresh
1 stick of real butter, don't worry we aren't going to use all of it
2 tablespoon of powered sugar

Take a tortilla and spread as much cream cheese as you like on it. Place some peaches towards one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle some of the peppers over the top and roll up tightly. You may wish to secure the taquitos with a toothpick, but be sure to remove the toothpicks prior to biting into this tasty one.

Throw a tablespoon of real butter into our sauté pan heated to medium high. After the butter is melted, place the taquitos in and brown on all sides.

Remove when browned to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

These make a real impression on your lover after a remarkable dinner of shrimp and sweet rice. Add a bowl of Japanese noodles with more shrimp and you have made it to second base already................enjoy baby!!!
